Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, items must be in the condition you received them—unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon delivery. If you find any item to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Returns are also not accepted for sale items or gift cards. If you’re unsure whether your item is returnable, please get in touch.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement is to return your original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without providing a justification. Items must be returned in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
